Create exciting meals with this one-of-a-kind fusion BBQ sauce. We created this handmade sauce using ripe fresh peaches, infused with carefully selected herbs, spices and chillis, combined with a decedent cognac putting our fusion twist on flavours that work well together. The sauce is perfect when drizzled over cooked chicken, pulled pork, steak or lamb and used in burgers or as a side sauce. The sauce comes to life when used as a finishing glaze on barbecued, grilled and oven meats.

When your chicken, pork, beef or lamb is nearly done cooking, add the sauce to the meat, turn up to heat for 3-5 minutes until the glaze starts to char and caramelises, then serve and enjoy.
