Our pulled pork is made from our unique blend of pork cuts which are barbecued over cherry and hickory wood for 12 hours before being braised In our fusion sauce until it falls apart and is melt in the mouth tender. The pork is marined in the braising liquid, which has a sweet, spicy and smokey taste.
Add the pork to stir fry’s pasta, or create the most unbelieve pulled pork burger. However you choose to have it, the pork is granted to enhance your meal with its deep, smokey, sweet flavours.
