Our fusion sauce set provides you with a sauce for every occasion, we created our sauces to complement each other when having a meal.
The Peach flambe and Mango jerk rum is fantastic as a finishing glaze for barbecued, grilled and oven meats. While the smoked garlic and herb and the smoked chilli sauce act as the perfect pairings to any meal especially cooked meats and salads.

Smoked garlic and herb – Smoked garlic, onion, sage, oregano, parsley, EGG, olive oil, brown sugar, maple syrup
Jerk mango and spiced rum –
smoked garlic, ginger, and fresh parsley. Sage, oregano, red onion, spring onion, allspice, cinnamon, curry powder, scotch bonnet, brown sugar, dark soy (CONTAINS SOYA), ketchup,
black pepper, red wine vinegar, lemon, fresh mango, dark rum.
Peach Flambe –
turmeric, curry powder, cloves, all-spice smoked garlic, ginger, and fresh parsley. Sage, oregano, red onion, scotch bonnet, cayenne pepper, brown sugar, maple syrup dark soy (CONTAINS SOYA), ketchup,
black pepper, red wine vinegar, lemon, fresh peaches, mango, orange and premium cognac.
Smoked chilli sauce – Tomato and pepper paste, sweet peppers, smoked red habanero, scotch bonnet, dried red chills, pickled jalapeno, pink peppercorn and chill flakes. Cooked with cinnamon allspice, pickles, garlic, ginger, honey, mixed herbs, olive oil, cooking oil, squeeze of lemon, red onion and stock.
