JERK MANGO & SPICED RUM BBQ SAUCE

Uplift your meals with this punchy, tropical BBQ sauce. We created this handmade sauce using ripe fresh mangos, custom-made jerk seasoning, and scotch bonnet peppers combined with a rich and flavoursome dark rum. The sauce is perfect when drizzled over cooked chicken, pulled pork steak, lamb in burgers or as a side sauce. The sauce comes to life when used as a finishing glaze on barbecued, grilled and oven meats.

When your chicken, pork, beef or lamb is nearly done cooking, add the sauce to the meat, turn up to heat for 3-5 minutes until the glaze starts to char and caramelises, then serve and enjoy.
