All jerks are not created equally!! Our jerk marinade uses premium fresh ingredients to give you a marinade with layers of flavour from a warm, flagrant taste that comes from our blend of herbs and spices to the sweet heat you get from the Scotch bonnet peppers, maple syrup and spiced rum. This marinade can be used for all meats, chicken, seafood, fish and veg. To get the best result, marinate your meat for 24hrs then cook low and slow over charcoal and wood on a barbecue. Alternatively, after marinating your choice of meat, chicken, seafood or veg for 24hrs, grill or oven cook until piping hot.
