Our hottest sauce packs a real punch of fruity, smoked chilli flavours. The chilli heat does not overwhelm the pallet so you can enjoy the rich depth of aromatic flavours amongst the chilli heat.
Use the sauce as a flavour enhancer to immediately put some life into any bland sauce or meal; you can also use it as a cooking marinade for all meats and fish. It also works perfectly as a side dipping sauce.
Ingredients
Tomato and pepper paste, sweet peppers, smoked red habanero, scotch bonnet, dried red chills, pickled jalapeno, pink peppercorn and chill flakes. Cooked with cinnamon allspice, pickles, garlic, ginger, honey, mixed herbs, olive oil, cooking oil, squeeze of lemon, red onion and stock.
