This cajun-inspired marinade has bold fusion flavours made from fresh ingredients. The marinade can be used as a cooking sauce for curries and cajun pasta. However, it is predominately used to season meat, chicken, seafood and veg with its spicey roasted sweet pepper and tomato flavour. The spice blend in the sauce will leave your taste buds dancing with every bite.

Use this sauce to marinade barbecue meats; this works exceptionally well with ribs, chicken and pork. For the best result, cook your marinated meats over fire and smoke to intensify the marinade’s flavour. Alternatively, cook your marinated meat on the grill or veg.

Cloves, garlic, ginger, black pepper, Paprika, onion powder, all-purpose. Sage and oregano. Red wine, brown sugar and maple syrup.
